Saferworld SDG 16 Event

The EIP’s US co-chair, Neil Levine, and the Secretariat participated in a workshop organised by DFID, the Dutch Government and Safer World from 17th to 18th March 2016.
The workshop discussed how multi-stakeholder partnerships between government, multilateral, civil society and private sector actors could make a critical contribution to the implementation of SDG 16—by leveraging collective influence, commitment and know-how—in the support of national level implementation.
The EIP was recognised as one of the four global partnerships referred to as pivotal in this architecture.
